Their latest album, Dancing on the Wall, opens with ‘It Gets So Hot’, a slow-burn dance track about, well, being hot.

“It gets so hot I can’t think straight,” vocalist Gavin sings above thumping synths, speaking directly to the souls of everyone...

An Electrifying Evening: Moonchild Sanelly Live at Village Underground

It’s difficult to know where to begin when describing Moonchild Sanelly’s headline show at the Village Underground in London on 26 March. Denzel Curry’s headline show at the O2 Academy Brixton on 18 June is a 4D experience, and Curry looks right at home. “It’s hot in here,” he says. “It feels like Florida.”

It’s utterly sweltering in the room – there’s barely any air to breathe on the balcony, much less down in the pit, where hundreds of fans are gathered to watch the Carol City rap pioneer play his latest record, King of the Mischievous South Volume 2. Close your eyes, and you’re in Florida, minus the easy beach access and ai...
